Small document set
A single-scope package, a small sub-bid, or a short spec-only set.
Scan — pricing
You pay for the one document set you scan, sized to how big it is. No license, no per-user seats, and nothing to cancel.
Pricing announced at launch. Final numbers are still being set by the owner and will appear on this page before launch.
Everything else here is real: the three tiers, what every scan includes, and the credit policy below.
Every scan is priced by the size of the document set you upload — the total amount of readable text across your plans and specs — not by how many people are on your account, and not a monthly plan. You'll see the exact price for your specific set before you click. Every time.
Your document set lands in one of three tiers, based on how much readable text is in it.
A single-scope package, a small sub-bid, or a short spec-only set.
A typical multi-sheet plan set and spec book — a standard, single-building bid set.
Multiple buildings, phases, or volumes — or any large drawing set and spec book.
Sized by the total readable text in your set, not by page count — a page can hold anywhere from a few dozen to several thousand characters depending on how it's drawn, so two 50-page sets can land in different tiers. You'll always see which tier your set landed in, and the exact price, before you click.
Upload site photos with your set and the report gets a dedicated section on existing site conditions — the same scan, not a separate product or a separate purchase. Site photos are billed per photo at any tier, with a number included free, priced at launch. Photos are optional — a documents-only set still gets a full report.
Every scan report is organized around the same sections, whichever tier it lands in.
A plain-language summary of what the scan found, so you know where to start reading.
Places where the drawings, specs, or other documents in the set disagree with each other.
The specific questions worth asking before you price or issue, drafted from what the set leaves unclear or missing.
When you upload site photos with the set, this section reports what they show about existing conditions — folded into the same scan, not a separate product.
What the set puts in scope, organized so you can see what you're actually pricing or building.
Conditions and notes in the set worth flagging for attention.
The project basics worth knowing: site, structure, and permitting.
A plain accounting of what the scan read, so you know exactly what's covered and what isn't.
You don't pay for a report you didn't get. This is handled automatically — there's nothing to request.
Credits post to your account automatically and you're told when it happens, right in the app.
No. No seats, no monthly plan. You pay per scan, for the document set you scan.
You'll see the exact tier and the exact price for your specific set before you click — never a guess, and never a surprise after.
No. A documents-only set still gets a full scan and a full report. Add photos and per-photo pricing applies — the first few free — and the report gets a dedicated site-conditions section.
Yes — price follows the size of what you upload, not who's asking or how many scans you've run before.
A real, anonymized report from an actual document set — not a mock-up.
